Panic attacks, what causes them? Causes (or triggers) can be anything. What triggers yours could still be unknown.
A junction in town, while she drove, triggered my wife’s attacks. That particular junction, if she came anywhere near it she would get struck by an attack. Out of the blue a panic attack would swoop.
Your panic attacks causes could be anything. No doubt every time it’s the same thing. Could be stuck in traffic. Doesn’t matter where. Just traffic.
It’s possible that you don’t know your panic attacks causes. Identifying and knowing your triggers is going to be important. It will be very helpful in your eventual panic cure.
